• Right-of-Way & Easement Acquisition

– Secure municipal, utility, railroad, and private property agreements for fiber optic network deployments, including route planning, permitting coordination, and stakeholder negotiations.

• OSP Construction Management

– Provide end-to-end oversight of fiber construction projects including trenching, boring, aerial deployment, contractor management, quality assurance, schedule control, and budget management.

• Fiber Network Planning & Design

– Develop scalable FTTH, middle-mile, and long-haul fiber network strategies, including route engineering, capacity planning, infrastructure assessments, and growth forecasting.

• Project & Program Management

– Lead complex telecommunications initiatives from concept through closeout, utilizing PMP-based methodologies to manage scope, risk, schedules, vendors, reporting, and capital expenditures.

 • Owner's Representative & Vendor Oversight

– Act as an independent advocate for network owners by coordinating contractors, engineering firms, utilities, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. 

 • Network Commissioning & Service Activation

– Manage the final stages of network deployment including fiber testing, equipment integration, service activation, performance validation, punch-list resolution, and customer acceptance.
